The idea was to invite new customer by offering huge discounts using Instant Hot Deals on products and keeping them coming back to them using other loyalty programs such as Cash back.
Unlike other loyalty programs, which has a lot of terms and conditions and are often not applicable upon redemption, this customer loyalty program comes without any coupon codes and is very simple to redeem. The app comes with pre-defined offers. Offers are direct on the products which are listed over the app or website. The customer simply needs to visit any store listed on the loyalty app and gets rewarded for every single purchase he or she makes. Once they accumulate enough cash back in their wallet they can purchase products solely based on the wallet cash.
The client wanted to keep the business model simple and hence the loyalty app needs to designed in such a way that it is simple to use, easy to avail the offers and redeem when needed.
