Our client runs an online printing business for more than 25 years. They provide integrated printing services to their customers for printing custom graphic design, create direct-mailing lists, printing direct-mail fulfillment brochures, printing posters, business card printing services. In the fast-evolving digital world, market researches show that most of the online services are availed by users from mobile phones rather than conventional desktop searches. The existing website of our client was not mobile-friendly because of that our client was losing its existing clientele drastically, hampering its revenue year on year. Dreamztech has converted the existing online printing website into a PWA solution which was lightweight and responsive to desktops, mobiles, tablets, any other electronic devices. The solution provided an easy to use and all device responsive PWA solution that resulted in a better UX and user engagement.

Approach from DreamzTech

The customer wanted a solution to manage medical worker compensation and their work assignment as well as individual patients on a single platform. The solution developed by DreamzTech integrates two platforms into a single functional one to manage the employee’s activity and compensation along with the patient history in the form of a case through the same platform. The solution is a multi-tenant platform with custom branding.

ANALYSIS

Dreamztech deployed business analysts to communicate with the client and analyze their requirements. Which was followed by suggesting the best possible solution to mitigate the problems the client was experiencing. After the client’s approval, we analyzed the possible workflow for the solution.

PLANNING

The detailed analysis was followed by the planning of the workflow after detailed discussions with architects and business leads of Dreamztech. The project was divided into multiple phases and distributed to designing, development and testing teams with deadlines for the timely deployment of the project.

DEPLOYMENT

The dedicated team for the project followed Agile methodology for technology implementation and consisted of dedicated Project Managers, Tech Leads, Designers, Developers, and Quality Analysts. The team worked with the client for 4 months and deployed the PWA solution within the proposed time frame.

The PWA platform enabled an option for offline editing. Users can edit their printing design in the editor with the help of few tools along with drag and drop options while they are offline. Users can edit designs on the go without requiring internet connections.

Users can view testimonials of different users on the site. Admin has the access to add or delete testimonials visible on the site.
