Project Overview — High School Athletic Mentoring Program
Communicating with young athletes and providing them a proper guidance to get themselves recruited in their dream colleges on the basis of their talents was really a difficult task. The client found it difficult too to manage the young talents as it was difficult to connect those athletes with relevant college empaneled coaches.
Hence they wanted to develop a cloud based web application, to help promising young players to get enrolled in colleges by the help of professional advisors and college empaneled coaches.
Previously this service wasn’t available on a cloud platform and for talented players to get such a service mostly involved hideous task of getting things done all by themselves. Often parents faced hurdles of not getting their wards enrolled in the colleges their child wish to attend due to lack of proper guidance.
With this platform it has become a cake walk for parents and their children(aspiring athletes) to get professional help and get them admitted under proper guidance to the institutions of their choice.
Comprehensive athlete mentoring system
Evaluating a player based on their activities, skills and portfolio and managing their profiles all through a single platform was the need of the hour. To solve this problem the platform was developed that works cordially and professionally to achieve the goals set forward by talented individuals.

CONSULTATION
Business Analysts and Solution Architects from DreamzTech communicated with the client and created a backlog of tasks. All tasks are evaluated and prioritized after consultation and taking approval from the client.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis
Onshore Business Analysts from DreamzTech interviewed stakeholders from client premises and gathered requirements for the project. They worked with offshore Business Analyst and Solution Architects for analyzing the business objectives as discussed with the client.
Project Planning and Execution
The dedicated team assigned to the project analyzed the objectives of the project and the probable solutions to determine technologies to be used, database structure, data flow, and microservices. For developing the platform, we planned to segregate the project into multiple phases with separate deadlines.
UAT and Deployment
Our team consisting of Project Managers, Tech Leads, Designers, Developers, and Quality Analysts worked with the client for over 5 months to release the first beta version and since then the team has been working for last 3+ years to deliver several new enhancements following Agile methodology for technology implementation with continued support.
