A Leading Marine Service Provider wanted to develop a secure, dynamic and interactive portal where marine service seekers can connect with providers. The idea was to dispense with the analogue methods and associated challenges of past years and replace them with innovative current and future technologies by introducing Artificial Intelligence techniques and Blockchain with an aim to enhance sector wide data security.
The client wanted to help ship, boat and small vessel owners find highly qualified providers and expediate and take the hassle out of the vendor selection process, helping reduce risk, cost and ultimately lead time.
The platform comes with a portal for buyers and sellers where they can login and manage their accounts like generating enquiries, issuing contracts and making online payments.
The client uses Administrator portal to manage buyers and sellers subscription, their billing account, and other aspects of the solution.
Mariners find it difficult to get good providers for service. To solve this problem, the portal allows its users to view other people profile and connect with them. Portal admin helps in finding a proper person to serve a contract and stays connected with buyer throughout the process.

Business Analysts and Solution Architects from DreamzTech communicated with the client and created a backlog of tasks. All tasks are evaluated and prioritized after consultation and taking approval from the client.
Based on requirements, design team prepared based wireframes and presented prototypes for approval and confirmation and revised based on feedback from client.
A dedicated team for developing the application for Android and iOS was formed, consisting of Project Manager (PM), Tech Leads, Developers, Quality Analysts (QAs) was formed. Tasks were divided between teams with specific delivery deadlines
Stripe gateway integrated for Payment, Google Map API integrated to locate service providers.
Based on test cases prepared and approved, quality analysis, A|B Test, Usability testing etc were conducted and issues were identified and fixed.
After completed QA, portal was published on live web server.
