The PMS has powerful features to set up and configure food and beverages counters, spa, dedicated concierge, maintenance requests and utility billings and the residents can easily check availability and book by making payments online.
Residents get progressive web apps to control their visitors, connect with smart home controllers apps and order food and other services, make bookings and payment, request valet and more.

Development of a A multi-tenant system, where property admin can onboard and manage their property, manage users, their roles and permissions, segregate duties and manage residents’ information.
Property Managers are able to provide utility services to residents and enable/disable services based on availability. Using this, one can create a listing of Menu for Restaurant, Spa and other utility services.
Residents can see their vehicles in the parking and create Valet request for parking using the app.
Residents can browse the menu and place orders and will receive order status updates notification on the app. Using the app, residents can make payments using their cards with Payment gateways like Stripe, Paypal, Netevia
Residents can make requests to the concierge and based on the request, service will be handled and payments can be made based on the findings of concierge / technician through utility bills.
